Stark Industries is a manufacturing company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide custom manufacturing, fabrication, and production services for industrial and commercial clients. All product specifications, delivery timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing via quotation or contract. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without prior notice, subject to existing agreements.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated in your invoice or contract. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as agreed in writing. A deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due upon completion or delivery. Refunds are issued only for manufacturing defects or errors on our part, as determined by Stark Industries. No refunds are given for change of mind, delays caused by force majeure, or customer-provided material issues. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or communicating with us. You are responsible for ensuring that your designs, specifications, and materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on any third-party rights. You must not misuse our website or services for any unlawful purpose. Stark Industries is not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, designs, and images, is owned by Stark Industries or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any designs, drawings, or specifications you provide remain your property, but you grant us a license to use them solely for manufacturing your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law in the United Arab Emirates, Stark Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
